Principle&Procedure
TheEpiQuik™InVivoHDAC1SumoylationAssayKitisdesignedformeasuringsumoylationoftargetedproteins.SumoylationofHDAC1isindicatedbySUMOconjugatedtothisprotein.Inassaywiththiskit,theantibodyspecificfortheHDAC1isstablycoatedonthestripwells.HDAC1containedinthenuclearextractsiscapturedbytheantibody.SumoylationofHDAC1canthenbedetectedbyrecognitionofSUMOconjugatedtoHDAC1withananti-SUMOantibody.Theratioorintensityofthesumoylation,whichisproportionaltotheconjugatedSUMOamount,canbequantifiedthroughthesignalreport-colordevelopmentsystem.
