Principle&Procedure
TheEpiQuikGlobalHistoneH3Phosphorylation(Ser10)AssayKit(Colorimetric)isdesignedformeasuringglobalhistoneH3phosphorylationatser10.Inanassaywiththiskit,thephosphorylatedhistoneH3atser10iscapturedtothestripwellscoatedwithananti-phosphohistoneH3(ser10)antibody.ThecapturedphosphohistoneH3(ser10)can then bedetectedwithalabeleddetectionantibody,followedbyacolordevelopmentreagent.TheratioofphosphohistoneH3(ser10)isproportionaltotheintensityofabsorbance.TheabsoluteamountofphosphohistoneH3(ser10)canbequantitatedbycomparingtothestandardcontrol.
