Principle&Procedure
EpiQuik™InSituHistoneH3Phosphorylation(Ser10)AssayKitisawholecell-baseddetectionkitofhistoneH3phosphorylation(ser10).Inthisassay,adherentcellsareculturedinconventional96-wellmicroplates.Afteryourexperimentaltreatment,cellsarefixedandpermeABIlized.ThehistoneH3phosphorylation(ser10)isthendetectedbyananti-phosphohistoneH3(ser10)antibody.TheratiooramountofphosphohistoneH3(ser10)canbequantifiedthroughHRPconjugatedsecondaryantibody-colordevelopmentsystemandisproportionaltotheintensityofcolordevelopment.
