Principle&Procedure
TheEpiQuik™HDAC8AssayKitisdesignedformeasuringtotalHDAC8amountfromtissuesorcells.Inanassaywiththiskit,thenuclearproteinscontainingHDAC8arestablycoatedonthestripwells.TheHDAC8isrecognizedwithahigh-affinityspecificantibody.TheamountofHDAC8canbequantifiedthroughaHRPconjugatedsecondaryantibody-colordevelopmentsystemandisproportionaltotheintensityofcolordevelopment.
