Principle&Procedure
TheEpiQuik™HDAC1AssayKitisdesignedformeasuringtotalHDAC1amountfromtissuesorcells.Inanassaywiththiskit,thenuclearproteinscontainingHDAC1arestablycoatedonthestripwells.TheHDAC1isrecognizedwithahigh-affinityspecificantibody.TheamountofHDAC1canbequantifiedthroughaHRPconjugatedsecondaryantibody-colordevelopmentsystemandisproportionaltotheintensityofcolordevelopment.
