Principle&Procedure
EpiQuik™ InSitu HistoneH3-K9AcetylationAssayKituseswholecell-baseddetectionofacetylatedH3-K9.Inthisassay,adherentcellsareculturedinconventional96-wellmicroplates.Afteryourexperimentaltreatment,cellsarefixedandpermeABIlized.TheacetylatedH3-K9isthendetectedbyahighaffinityacetylH3-K9antibody.TheratiooramountofacetylH3-K9canbequantifiedthroughHRPconjugatedsecondaryantibody-colordevelopmentsystemandisproportionaltotheintensityofcolordevelopment.
