Description EffectiveandefficientpreparationofcDNAfromRNAcanhelpensurereliabledatainvariousdownstreamapplicationsincludingreal-timeqPCRandRNA/cDNA-sequencing.TheEpiNext™ Hi-FicDNASynthesisKithasbeenoptimizedandvalidatedforcDNAsynthesisfromvariousRNAsamples,particularlyfrombisulfite-convertedRNAandenrichedRNAfragments.ThekitcontainsallnecessarycomponentsincludingahighlysensitiveandThermostablerecombinantreversetranscriptasewhichprovidesenhancedcDNAsynthesisefficiency,highfidelity,andawiderangeofactivityforvaryingamountsofRNAtemplates(0.1ngto2 µg).Due toitshighthermalstABIlity,lowRNaseactivityandresistancetoinhibitionbyrRNAandtRNA,therecombinantRTincludedinthekitcanbeusedforsynthesisoflongcDNAproductsattemperaturesfrom42°C-60°CusingtotalRNA,andGC-richtemplatessuchasbisulfiteconvertedRNA.ArecombinantRNaseinhibitorisalsoincludedinthekittopreventthedegradationoftargetRNAduetoribonucleasecontamination.
