TheEpiNext™NGSBarcode(Index)Set-12isdesignedtoconstructmultiplexDNA/RNAlibrariesusedfornext-generationsequencingwiththeIlluminaplatformincludingGAIIx,HiSeq,MiSeq,andNextSeq. Thisproductincludes12DNAbarcodes,eachofwhichcontainanindexandflowcellbindingsequenceandcanbeattachedtothesampleinsertduringlibrarypreparation.MultiplexingseveralsamplesinasingleflowcellcanbeachievedbypoolingwiththeEpiNext™NGSBarcodes.Poolingbarcodedsamplesintoasingleflowcellsignificantlyreduceshands-ontimeandprovidesrobustdataqualityinNGS.TheEpiNext™NGSBarcode(Index)Set-12hasthefollowingfeatures:

• Highthroughputandcostreduction:Upto144multiplexedsamplescanbeprocessed,whichallowsmultiplexingof2-12fragmentlibrarysamplesonasinglesequencingflowcellresultinginconsiderablereductionofper-samplecost.
