BackgroundInformation ObtaininghighrecoveryofpurifiedDNAorselectedDNAfragmentsiscriticalfordownstreamapplicationsthatuseDNAsamplesincludingPCR,sequencing,cloning,microarray,andDNAfragmentanalysis,regardlessoftheplatformused.
